REQUESTING YOUR ASSISTANCE AND/OR AMICUS BRIEF TO GET TEXAS SUPREME COURT CASE NO. 09-0702 HEARD
Not looking for charity or sympathy, I need a network. I've been denied a US Supreme Court hearing, Tx Supreme Court hearing, both include Federal Tort Claims Act pleadings, now calling invoking State Action Requirement; however, Tx hasn't responded to that either. All of which confirms the need for a network and more voices besides just mine.
My son is highly-likely being brain damaged for Federal funding by state & his mother under color of law (No. 2000-27121) and I've been unable to save him or myself from extraordinary Title II and ADA 504 discrimination that is intended to result in my incarceration no later than Nov 17, 2009 in Family Court 311. My Defendants are mostly state or state-licensed: Texas Attorney General Gregory Abbott (ex-B&G) of the US Dept of Justice, SpringISD backed by Bracewell & Giuliani (B&G) , ultra-conservative Family Judge Doug Warne, Baylor College of Medicine/TCH, etc... Our completely abyssmal circumstances force me to live with my mother & sister who easily & repeatedly yield evidence that supports their being involved with the Defendants. I can prove in court that two minorities can very easily be made mentally disabled biological assets in Texas without any civil rights Due Process Constitutional protection whatsoever..

The perfect solution for government abuse and lawsuit reform – victimize and dispose all under color of law!!!! Their goal is to continue to brain damage my son for Federal funding till 25 and mentally retarded and to put me behind bars or an asylum. They call it a 'protocol'.
